The Founding Clinic program
A limited cohort of practices gets Cairn at $99/location/month for the first 12 months, with the founder personally handling setup and migration. In exchange we ask for honest feedback and, if we earn it, a testimonial.
Customization & services
Onboarding configuration — your forms, fee schedule, vaccine protocols, roles, and branding — is included free on every plan. Ongoing config change packs are fixed-price; complex incumbent-system migrations are quoted flat, waived for Founding Clinics.

Why so much less than the others?
Structure, not corner-cutting. Per-location pricing is a business-model choice (the model Open Dental proved in dental software). We're a lean company built on modern open infrastructure, without a legacy sales organization to feed — and we pass that through.
What if you disappear?
Month-to-month terms plus a one-click full export in standard formats mean your exit costs an afternoon, not a migration project. Your records are never held hostage — that's contractual.
What's NOT included?
The AI scribe is a $69/DVM/mo add-on (it has real per-use compute costs; bundling it "free" would just hide it in your base price). Card-processing fees are pass-through from the processor. That's it.
