Terms of service

Working draft — customer agreements are executed on attorney-reviewed standard forms (Common Paper Cloud Service Agreement family). This page states the terms' fixed principles.

The commitments every agreement will contain

• Month-to-month. Standard plans have no annual lock-in; either party can end the relationship with notice.
• You own your data. All right, title, and interest in clinic data stays with the clinic. On exit, full export remains available — and we'll help you use it.
• No export fees. Getting your data out is free, in standard formats, forever.
• AI proposes, a veterinarian signs. Nothing AI-generated becomes part of the medical record without human review and signature.
• Security obligations in writing. Encryption, access controls, audit logging, and a defined breach-notification timeline.
• Pilot honesty. Founding Clinic pilots run on a design-partner agreement that states pilot status, pricing, and the conversion path plainly.
